Our Sponsors

Safari LogoCrabble Corn Mill has taken over the reins of the annual River Garage Safari following the retirement of our long-time supporter Carol Bennett.  This year's Garage Safari will take place on Sunday 5th July 2026 from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. around the village of River.

Have a great day out browsing around the village where residents will have their wares available for sale. There will also be stalls at Crabble Corn Mill and the Mill will be open for light refreshments. Visitors can also take in a tour of the Mill inbetween forays into the village.

Maps showing participating locations will be on sale for 50p each from Crabble Corn Mill and from the River Convenience Store at the end of Lewisham Road.

Snacks and hot & cold beverages available from the Mill Tea Room. Licenced bar.

Put You Garage on the Map

If you are resident in the village and have wares to sell from your garage, or would prefer a pitch at the Mill, then please register your participation online by clicking the ticket image below.

Wheels of Time

Crabble Corn Mill is participating in this initiative to promote the museums of Kent to a younger audiance. Wheels of Time is a partnership of around 88 museums and heritage sites in Kent, Essex and Surrey developed to promote education in history and heritage among young children. This purpose is achieved by running a scheme to encourage children, between the ages of 5 and 11, to visit museums and heritage sites in Kent.  Normal admission charges to the mill will apply.

Visit the Wheels of Time website to learn more about the scheme

Acoustic Music Nights

Acoustic music nights are usually held on the last Friday of each month from 8:00 p.m.

Admission is only £3.00 per person. The licensed bar will be open selling a range of real ale, beer, cider, wines and spirits.  Soft drinks, tea and coffee also available.

Our Flour

From 100% unprocessed stone-ground wholemeal flour milled from locally-sourced grain to a variety of bread mixes all produced here at Crabble Corn Mill and available to buy from the Mill. Packed as 1.5 Kg bags for home use or we can do larger quantities in sacks for the commercial or artisan baker.  Our flour and bread mixes have no additives.  See our price list HERE.

Seeking Volunteers

Time on your hands? We are seeking people to join our team of volunteers to help us keep this Grade II* listed building looking its best for our visitors. Can you push a lawn mower or weild a paintbrush? Perhaps you have woodworking or carpentry skills that could be put to good use, or just help out in the tea room for functions. If you think you would like to join us please get in touch with the General Manager and we'll send you an application form.
