On Arrival

Once you have presented or purchased your ticket you will be given a wristband which should be worn for the duration of your visit.  The wristband allows the wear to leave and return as often as they wish during the course of the day.  The wristband will also allow the wearer to purchase tokens and be served at the bar.

Starter Pack for £10.00

You will have the opportunity, on arrival, to purchase a Starter Pack which consists of a Festival glass (value £4.00), four tokens (value £6.00 - the equivalent of only £3.00 per pint) and a menu.  One token can be exchanged for 1/2 pint of beer or cider.  You may purchase additional tokens at any time.

Before you leave you should cash in any unused tokens - they will not be accepted at another festival.  You may keep your Festival glass or return it for a refund.

Be aware that our site is surrounded by deep and fast-flowing water so children should be supervised at all times.

Dogs should be kept on a lead at all time and, with the exception of Assistance Dogs, are not permitted in the Mill.
